Join us for a fascinating weekend, based at Banham Zoo, where you'll learn how to identify spiders to species level. This in-person workshop, led by Richard Gallon, National Organiser of the British Arachnological Society's Spider Recording Scheme, will cover field techniques and the use of microscopes with spiders collected at Banham Zoo site and during field visits to other local sites.
The course will be suitable for both beginners and intermediates. 14-18's must be accompanied by a paying adult.
The precise order of events will be weather dependent, but the weekend will include some field trips/work, therefore outdoor clothing is recommended.
Both days will start at 10am and finish between 4 and 4:30pm
